CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. The best way to reach me is by texting at 470-227-0443. Cancellations made within 48 business hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled appointment. I will require the fee paid in order to book your next appointment. Please note that cancellations made through text outside of my business hours will not qualify until the following business day. However, you may cancel your appointment through this portal outside of business hours so that your cancellation qualifies, as I will receive an immediate notification from Gloss Genius. My standard business hours are Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat 11AM-6PM. In the event of personal illness or emergency including family emergencies, your cancellation will not be subject to fee, as I understand that life can happen at inopportune times. This exception does not apply to child care needs such as child care falling through or inability to find child care in time. At this time, I do not require cards on file nor will cancellation fees be charged immediately. Thank you, Kate Thompson
